Connect Claude to TLDSpy
Ask Claude where to buy or renew a domain for less, and it answers with TLDSpy’s prices. You connect once, then ask in any chat.
Before you start
- Any Claude plan. The Free plan allows one custom connector.
- On a Team or Enterprise plan, an owner adds TLDSpy in Organization settings → Connectors. Members then click Connect next to it.
- A TLDSpy account. If you don’t have one, you create it for free while connecting.
Connect in 6 steps
- 1 Copy the TLDSpy server URL.
https://api.tldspy.com/mcp - 2 In Claude, open Customize → Connectors.
- 3 Click + Add, then Add custom connector.
- 4 Name it TLDSpy, paste the server URL and click Continue.
- 5 Keep the detected sign-in settings, choose Sign in now, then click Add.
- 6 TLDSpy opens. Sign in with your email if asked, then click Allow.
Ask your first question
In a chat, click + at the bottom left, open Connectors and turn on TLDSpy.
- “Where is the cheapest place to renew a .com?”
- “I renew 10 .com domains at GoDaddy. What would I save by moving?”
- “Which first-year deals get expensive at renewal?”
The free TLDSpy plan covers 22 popular extensions. See what each plan includes.
If something goes wrong
- If you can’t open the sign-in email in the same browser, choose Connect with your API key on the TLDSpy page. Your key is on your account page.
- If you regenerate your TLDSpy API key, Claude disconnects. Connect again.
- To disconnect: In Customize → Connectors, click the three dots next to TLDSpy, then Remove.
- Claude sometimes renames its menus. Claude’s own instructions show the current labels.
